Shereen Öberg

Shereen Öberg is a spiritual teacher, yoga and meditation instructor, Reiki III practitioner, and doula, best known for her book The Law of Positivism: Live a Life of Higher Vibrations, Love, and Gratitude. Öberg’s work focuses on helping individuals cultivate positivity, self-love, and healing through integrated spiritual practices. She emphasizes the importance of mindfulness, meditation, journaling, and energy work to transform one’s life and reach higher levels of self-awareness and empowerment.
