Article 1. Conclusion of Agreement

1.1 The purchase agreement is finalized when the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the specified conditions. The version of the terms in effect at the time of the agreement applies, unless the buyer accepts a revised version later.

1.2 Koppenhol Uitgeverij B.V. may terminate the agreement if there are good grounds to believe the consumer cannot meet their payment obligation. If an order is not accepted or further conditions are required, we will provide reasons within ten days of receipt.

Article 2. Prices and Payments

2.1 Prices are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping, handling, or other levies, unless stated otherwise.

2.2 Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date for Dutch deliveries, and within 21 days for international deliveries, unless otherwise agreed.

2.3 Payment options include bank transfer, giro, or PayPal. The total price will be disclosed before the agreement is concluded.

2.4 If the payment term is exceeded, you are in default. Interest will be charged on the outstanding amount per month. If the claim is outsourced to a collection agency, you are also liable for collection costs.

2.5 In case of default, Koppenhol Uitgeverij may suspend or terminate the agreement and related contracts.

2.6 If prices increase between order and execution, you have the right to cancel the order or terminate the agreement.

Article 3. Delivery

3.1 We strive to deliver within 3 working days, with a maximum of 30 days. If delivery is delayed or an item is out of stock, you will be notified within one month and can cancel the order free of charge.

3.2 Delivery takes place at the time and location where products are ready for shipment to you.

Article 4. Retention of Title

4.1 Ownership only transfers once the full amount owed has been paid. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you at the time of delivery.

Article 5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 You must fully respect all intellectual and industrial property rights associated with products supplied by Koppenhol Uitgeverij.

Article 6. Advertising and Defects

6.1 We recommend inspecting goods upon receipt. Report any defects in writing within a reasonable time.

6.2 If products do not comply with the agreement, they can be replaced with new products upon return.

Article 7. Period of Review (Right to Cancel)

7.1 You have a trial period of at least seven working days, starting the day after receipt.

7.2 During this period, you have the right to cancel and return the goods. You are only responsible for the direct costs of the return shipment.

7.3 Any limitations to this period based on the nature of the goods will be clearly stated in the offer.

7.4 Please handle the product and packaging with care. Only unpack or use the product to assess whether you wish to keep it. Returns should include all accessories and the original packaging where possible.

7.5 Shipping costs for returns are for your account.

7.6 For advance payments, Koppenhol Uitgeverij will refund the purchase amount and original shipping costs within 30 days of the return.

Article 8. Other Provisions

8.1 We will ship orders to the address provided by you in writing unless you provide a new written address.

8.2 If any provision conflicts with legal regulations, that provision will lapse and be replaced by a similar, legally permissible provision determined by Koppenhol Uitgeverij.

Article 9. Disputes and Law

9.1 If you are not satisfied, please contact us at info@tarot.nl. We will respond to your complaint within a maximum of 30 days.

9.2 This does not affect your right to submit a dispute to a competent court.

9.3 All agreements and these terms are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
