Ordering & Shipping
When will my package be delivered?
If you order on weekdays before 16:00, you’ll receive your order the next day (excluding holidays). You’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Can I ship to a different address?
Yes, simply enter the desired shipping address during checkout. Your invoice will be emailed to you.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary by country. You can see the exact costs during checkout.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, PayPal (4% extra), Apple Pay, and Mastercard. All prices include VAT.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my purchase?
You can return unopened products within 90 days at your own expense. Check our return policy.
