TAKE A BREAK

A life’s work, not a season. Get off the treadmill.

Life is a marathon, not a sprint. It’s perfectly fine to step off the treadmill of life and take a breather. Pause to appreciate and acknowledge all that you’ve created, achieved, released, or experienced before rushing onto the next task. Enjoy the present moment and appreciate where you are. Take a breath to regather your mind, body, and spirit. Recalibrate, celebrate, and decide what you truly want to experience next. Remember, taking a moment won’t cause you to miss out.

The Right Time to Take a Break

Perhaps you’ve just completed a significant project, manifested something meaningful in your life, let go of an old way of being, or have been burning the candle at both ends. Now is the time to take a break before rushing onto the next thing. You’ve done it! Enjoy yourself and recalibrate. Consider going on a vacation, booking a massage, taking long walks in nature, or planning a rejuvenating weekend getaway to recharge and replenish.
