  1. Forgot password; what should I do?

Don’t worry if you have forgotten your password. You can easily request a new password via our website. We will send you instructions by e-mail to reset your password. After that, you can start using your TAROT.NL account again.

  1. Delivery; when can I expect my package?

We understand that you are looking forward to your order. That is why we keep you informed:

  • After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
  • As soon as your package is on its way, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a track & trace code.

Note: Your order will be delivered once at the time of your choice. If you are not available at home, you can collect your package from a designated location. The Track & Trace information will provide you with the details of the delivery location.

  • Do you order on Monday through Friday before 16:00? Then you will receive your order the next day! (Holidays excluded)

  1. Shipping address; can I have my order delivered to another address?

Yes, you can! If you want your order to be delivered to a different address, enter this address during checkout. You can also have your package delivered to a service point and pick it up there at your convenience. Choose this option during the ordering process. The invoice will be sent to the email address you provide and the package will be sent to the chosen delivery address.

  1. Complaints

We want you to enjoy our products to the fullest. If you have any complaints about our products or services, please let us know. You can reach us via e-mail, chat and (Facebook) Messenger. We aim to respond within one day, including weekends. If your complaint is about an online order, please include your order number. That way we can help you faster.

  1. Delivery; when will my order arrive?

We understand that you are excited about your order. That is why we will keep you informed:

  • After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
  • As soon as your package is on its way, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a track & trace code.

Please note that the parcel deliverer will offer your order once at your chosen time. If you are not at home, you can pick up your package at a Pick Up Point. In the Track & Trace information you can see where your parcel has been delivered.

Do you order on Monday through Friday before 16:00? Then you will receive your order the next day! (Except public holidays)

Our delivery service is not limited to the Netherlands; we also deliver to several other countries. See the overview for the countries where we deliver and the associated costs.

Important: if you want to ship an order from the Netherlands to another country, you will have to arrange this through the website of that country.

  1. Payment; what possibilities are there?

We want to make payment as easy as possible for you. Therefore, we offer several payment methods for your order at TAROT.NL. See the comprehensive overview below.

  1. Account; what are the advantages of an account?

An account with TAROT.NL allows you to earn points with every purchase. For every euro you spend, you receive one saving point. You can use these points for discounts on future purchases. In “My Account” you will find an overview of your total saved points.

Conditions:

  • Saved points cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Saved points can only be earned by placing an order and paying via the site.
  • Your loyalty points are linked to your account and cannot be transferred.
  • You will only receive loyalty points if you have an account or create one during checkout. If you order without an account (without registration), you will not receive loyalty points.
  • Received loyalty points on cancelled or returned items will be deducted from your balance.
  • Savings points will not be awarded until your order is actually shipped.

View your user profile: In your account, you can view your profile and change your information.

  • Check the status of your order: by following these steps: If you are logged into your account, navigate to the “Status of my order” link to monitor its progress. You will find a unique parcel code in the shipping confirmation, which can then be used to track the package’s whereabouts. Simply visit the relevant carrier’s website and enter the parcel code to view its current location.
  • View your outstanding invoices: If you are logged into your account, you can find your recent invoices via the “My invoices” link.
  • View your order history: Forgot what your favorite product is called? Or just want to know what you ordered last time? View your previous orders here!

  1. Account; How do you change your data?

With a TAROT.NL account, you have the ability to change your account information yourself. Whether you want to change your name, delivery and billing address, payment details or password, it’s easy to do:

  • Go to the account icon at the top right and log in with your email address and password.
  • Click on “My Details” to change your name, date of birth and/or password.
  • To change your address, go to “Addresses.”

Please note that you cannot change your email address. If you want to change your email address, you must create a new account.

  1. Forgot password; what now?

Have you forgotten your password? No problem. Go to the login page and click on the link “Forgot your password?”. Then enter the e-mail address where you want to receive the password reset instructions. After that, you can log back into your account.

If you are unable to reset your password in this manner, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to help you.

  1. Returns; can I always return my purchase?

Have you changed your mind and want to return your product? This is possible within 90 days after receipt of your order. Please note that the cost of returning the product is at your expense.

When returning your products you need to take into account the following conditions:

  • We can only process returns if the order – if possible – is undamaged, in its original packaging and returned in a sturdy shipping box. If products are damaged or show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge for the damage.
  • If you are returning your entire order, we also ask that you return the gift you received with your purchase. If you do not, we will deduct the purchase price of the gift from your refund.

  1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving your product.

This withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement (e.g. in writing, by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments made by you up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, we will not charge you for such reimbursement. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

To exercise your right of withdrawal from the contract, you must return or hand over the goods promptly and no later than 14 days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Within the 14-day period, you will be within time if you return the goods. The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.

Your liability only extends to any decrease in value of the goods caused by any use that goes beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

Products that are shipped sealed for hygienic and/or health reasons may only be returned sealed. Once you have broken the seal, the products cannot be returned.
